Kindergarten (Little League Age Chart)
This is a fun and active program designed for new and returning players. T-Ball focuses on skill development and an introduction to the basic concepts of baseball including: throwing, catching, hitting of a tee, running and teamwork.
The season will follow the popular “Intro to Baseball” format. Skills developed include: Throwing, Catching, Fielding, Hitting, Running and Agility/Running - and of course, Teamwork! Volunteer Parent Coaches are provided weekly lesson plans and league supported training throughout the season. The players will participate in one practice and one game per week.
During games, players will bat every inning and players are encouraged to rotate and try all fielding positions as well. The ball is placed on a tee rather than pitched. No scores or standings are kept at this age group.
There will likely be 8-10 players on each team. Friend requests are permitted and encouraged at this age group, and we do our best to accommodate requests.
Every child will receive a Team T-shirt, individualized participation medal, and a professional team photo during the season.
Depending on registrations, there may be the option for All Girls team(s) at the T-Ball level.

Parent Commitment / Volunteering
T-Ball is NOT a drop-off activity, a parent must stay at the park for the duration of each session.
- Team Duties Required - Each parent is required to help out with their child's game on a rotating basis. The duties include bench parent, snack duty (team dependent), and field set up/take down. Duties will be assigned by the team manager at the beginning of the season and training can be provided if required.
- League Duties Required - In addition, each parent is required to assist with at least 2 hours of league-wide duties during the season, which may include Opening Day, Closing Day, Field Maintenance, Uniforms, Equipment, Board/Committee Roles, or other Special Event support.
