Kerrisdale Little League All Stars

All Stars is for competitive players from the Minor A and Majors divisions who attend open tryouts with third-party assessors. From these tryouts, the third-party assessors, along with the KLL Board, select 2 teams to represent KLL in the All Stars tournaments. The 2 teams consist of 9/10 year olds and 11/12 year olds, and player age is calculated on baseball age (April 30, 2010). |

To qualify by age for this year's All Stars teams, players must be:
9/10: Born on or after May 1, 1999 and on or before April 30, 2001
11/12: Born on or after May 1, 1997 and on or before April 30, 1999
All Stars is for KLL players who are interested in a very competitive level of play. To be eligible, players must:
- Qualify by age (players cannot be baseball age 8)
- Reside in Kerrisdale Little League boundaries
- Attend development sessions several weeks prior to the tournament
- Be available for the duration of the training and tournament play
- Sign a player contract committing to attend all practices and games

The dates and locations for the All Stars 2010 tournaments are: June 29 - July 11: 9/10 District Playoffs at KERRISDALE (Elm ParK) July 07 -19: 11/12 District Playoffs at LITTLE MOUNTAIN (Hillcrest)

Families and players, please know that this is a fantastic opportunity for competitive players to represent their league and that the players receive monogrammed jackets, caps and baseball bags and wear KLL's All Star team uniform. As well, the players receive superior coaching and the tournament is a wonderful experience for the teams.
However, All Stars is an intense commitment for both the player and his/her family as the player must attend all practices (daily) and all games; therefore, if a player is selected for the team and his/her family has any holiday plans that conflict with the practice and tournament period, then the player must decline the invitation to join the team.
